Location: St. Louis, MO
Salary: $150,000.00 USD Annually - $160,000.00 USD Annually
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Product Owner, Specialty Pharmacy Solutions for a permanent/direct hire position based in the St. Louis, MO area.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven leadership abilities with experience in driving change and implementing software solutions.
• Familiarity with Inovalon's ScriptMed Solution
• A solid grasp of data analytics' significance within a company.
• At least three years of experience in integrating and managing pharmacy dispensing systems.
• At least three years of familiarity with pharmacy operations.
• Proficiency with Business Intelligence tools like PowerBI, QlikSense, and Tableau.
• Skilled in SQL database reporting
• Exceptional analytical thinking and process visualization skills.
• Capable of leading teams through system changes and providing continuous support.
• Committed to change management and problem-solving.
• Adaptable to a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
• Strong analytical abilities with a knack for solving complex issues.
• Detail-oriented with the flexibility to switch between tasks efficiently.
• Transparent, ethical, and motivated with a meticulous focus on details.
• Excellent communication skills, able to interact at all organizational levels.
• Independent thinker, ready to initiate and back new ideas and projects.
• Proficient in financial management software, accounting tools, and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
