Aim Lab, our clinical diagnostic division, specializes in the manufacture of small, innovative benchtop automation for optimizing pre- and post-analytical workflows in pathology laboratories, and has installations worldwide. We are looking for our next Product Manager as we accelerate our growth journey and our vision for the future of laboratory automation.

What you'll do:

  • Meet with customers globally to understand their current and future needs.
  • Work closely with the sales team to collect voice of customer feedback and discover new opportunities.
  • Develop and present product strategies, business cases SWOT and competitive analyses.
  • Define high value product solutions in clear Market Requirement Documents
  • Ability to provide and present various financial and data analyses including business cases, cost analysis, value pricing proposals and other business performance metrics.
  • Collaboratively coordinate cross functional teams to drive best in class business performance, exceptional customer satisfaction and leading technology product portfolio
  • Own product roadmaps and manage complex products from germination of ideas, product launches and through EOL (end of life) product life cycles.
  • Become a "Go-To Person" for the Clinical Diagnostics Automation business with your market knowledge, subject matter expertise and excellent communication skills.
What you'll bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant Life Sciences field
  • Deep knowledge of clinical diagnostic pathology, with global or regional experience a strong advantage
  • Experience in strategic market analysis and business development, preferably in a life science or healthcare environment, with multifaceted success.
  • Experience with laboratory automation in a clinical diagnostics environment
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong networks with customers and/or collaborators.
  • Experience in developing business cases and completing sophisticated projects.
  • An eye for detail, and the ability to manage complex multidisciplinary projects, working closely with sales, marketing communications, R&D and manufacturing teams.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, that resonate with diverse audiences are needed for the success of this position.
  • Excellent customer interfacing skills
  • Ability to interact with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
