RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Product Manager in Culver City, CA.Duties Include:- Own the products and break down responsibilities to accountable deliverables
- Product Manager will participate in business-wide discussions, document partner's needs, and propose solutions that improve operational efficiencies
- Define and deliver the product to multi-year roadmaps while providing clear project and program updates to various partners
- Influence cross-functional and software development teams to align business' strategic vision with its software technology
- Work collaboratively and lead solutions architects, development engineering teams, designers, writers, and business leads to doing their best work
- Identify project risks and creative ways to solve blockers promptly
- As a Product Manager, you will use data to measure the quality of the product being delivered by the engineering team
- Build relationships with internal and external partners to maintain expectations and timeline
- Provide leadership, inspiration, and guidance to a growing team; foster a culture of transparency and collaboration
- Be a go-to resource for cross-functional teams, including external partners
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 4+ years of product management experience leading tools or consumer products
- Successful track record of leading large cross-functional teams across multiple international regions
- You have insights into modern, full product life cycles, including technical specifications and development
- Strong background and passion for product design and user experience (UX)
- Excellent written and visual communications skills to produce concise and clear written solution design documents and solution presentations to partners of varying seniority levels
- You have a proven track record of successfully delivering complex solutions on time, on budget, and with a high level of quality
- Natural negotiation and meeting facilitation skills
- Must be goal-oriented, highly motivated, and able to work under limited supervision (self-starter)
- You have an understanding of the media/entertainment marketplace
- Experience working with 3rd party vendors, stakeholders, and varying groups of end users
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
