RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce's client is looking for a Product Analyst to join their team in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This role will work closely with the Lifecycle Team, including the Product, Sales, and Marketing teams, but will expand as your curiosity broadens. The Product Analyst will gather, interpret, and use complex data to develop actionable steps that will improve processes and optimize results. Responsibilities:

• In this role, the Product Analyst will work closely with the Product Management team to develop plans to improve product offerings and lifecycle marketing plan
• Conduct user research, analyze findings, and recommend product enhancements as part of a continual improvement process; identify and present the cohesive story the data is telling us for improvements and implemented strategies - be curious about data and draw questions and conclusions
• The Product Analyst will package deliverables in an articulate and easy-to-understand fashion with a clear storyline that addresses client business needs
• Perform hands-on analyses on large volumes of the transaction, marketing, user interaction, and behavior on web/app, and strategically segmented customer-level data
• Develop subject matter expertise in a domain such as mobile, Salesforce, web analytics, or social; draw insights based on overall performance
• As a Product Analyst, you will keep a repository of MOM performance data

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3 years of experience working in an Analytics role
• Strong verbal and presentation skills (proficiency in PowerPoint required)
• Strong knowledge of web analytics; Google Analytics knowledge is a must and bonus points for Mixpanel
• Can conduct single-variate and multivariate analyses in a statistical software
• Great attitude for teamwork
• Deepen analytical, project management, storytelling, and communication skills
