RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Process Improvement Consultant - Finance in Jacksonville, FL.Key Responsibilities:- Process Improvement Consultant will perform comprehensive root cause analyses to identify the underlying issues contributing to problems within processes and systems
- Utilize Excel skills to collect, organize, and analyze data to uncover patterns, trends, and anomalies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand processes, systems, and technical aspects relevant to the analysis
- Develop and implement methodologies and tools for conducting efficient and effective root cause analyses
- Generate actionable insights and recommendations based on analysis findings to address root causes and improve processes
- Create visually engaging and informative PowerPoint presentations to communicate analysis results, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders
- As a Process Improvement Consultant, you will track and monitor the implementation of recommendations to ensure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and advancements in root cause analysis methodologies and technologies
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as data manipulation, formula creation, and pivot tables
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and logically
- Understanding of various processes and technologies, with the capability to interpret technical information
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint to create compelling presentations for conveying analysis findings and recommendations
- Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness in analysis and documentation
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
