Apply now for the position of Pricing Strategy Lead, and you will be part of transforming our Global Marketing Organization into a best-in-class function within the IVD industry. This is a Director level individual contributor role.
Your role:
• You will collaborate with global and regional functions to understand profitability dynamics and develop efficient pricing strategies to maximize value drivers and opportunity creation.
• You will evangelize "Value over Price" thinking and play an integral part in articulating the tangible and intangible benefits of our products/solutions relative to price.
• You will gather, consolidate, synthesize, and analyze company and market data bringing to life pricing insights across geographies and segments (hub and spoke, commercial labs, global accounts).
• You will partner with the marketing teams to develop marketing strategies, product positioning and customer targeting that maximize profitable win rates.
Your expertise:
• Deep understanding of the IVD industry, our customers, and the business models by which we make money.
• Strong analytical skills (Excel, Power BI), ability to draw insights from data, and mastery of visualizing, conceptualizing, and presenting your findings.
• High proficiency in CRM queries and data extraction.
• Solid understanding of financial modeling.
• Clear understanding of how Price fits within the 4Ps and how to leverage such insights within marketing and commercial strategies.

The pay range for this position is $163,000 - $210,000 U.S. dollars annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, as well as where the work will be performed. The annual incentive target is (15%) of base pay. Siemens Healthineers offers a variety of health and wellness benefits including paid time off and holiday pay.
