The Electrified Propulsion Component Design and Development Engineer will be responsible for the development and validation of electric vehicle power electronics and electrified vehicle systems/devices for passenger cars and trucks. Develop power electronic devices DVP & R. Manage and ensure all required development/validation testing completed on time per program milestone. Communicate effectively with internal, external teams and the supplier. Ensure achievement of all functional objectives and assure compliance to program goals. Report development validation issues and status to management in various forums.

Additionally, this position will be responsible for the activities related to Power Electronics components, high voltage power inverters, motor generator units, designs for Electrified Vehicle applications, including the creation and maintenance of documentation outlining best practices supporting Stellantis internal continuous improvement initiatives and the development of product technology roadmaps.
