SUPERVISOR
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Supervisor to help the Intellectual Disability Services department do its best work. The ideal candidate has to wear many hats daily: communications expert, conflict resolutions master, and organizational guru. You'll also be responsible for staffing/staff training, internal and external relationship building, and ongoing operations!
This position will be responsible for Supervising the Lifesharing Program currently supporting 16 persons served in 11 homes as well as 3 Community Living Arrangements supporting 6 persons served. The supervisor is responsible for the supervision of all full and part time staff, which includes the hiring, coaching, counseling and evaluation process. This position is designed to ensure that quality services as guided by Person Centered Planning (PSP) are provided to individuals with Intellectual Disabilities. This position is also responsible for compliance with all Federal, State and County regulations and guidelines. This position is directly responsible to the Senior Manager and is expected to operate with considerable independence, initiative and professionalism. The Supervisor will have the periodic responsibility of being on call 24/7.
