This is a critical role on our Digital Incentives team, and this person will participate in a One KCNA (Kimberly-Clark North America) approach for consumer centric trial and loyalty marketing (incentives) and driving activation and adoption of solutions across the organization. This role provides business support to the Advanced Marketing Capabilities team to manage key business processes to ensure marketing campaigns are executed accurately, effectively, and efficiently with a focus on analytic and financial adherence internally and externally.

Responsibilities

  • Manage overall executional campaign process with multiple vendors

  • Own Campaign Development process: responsible for execution of campaigns, tracking and sending all campaign variables to vendor(s) and internal teams, ensuring accuracy in send/consumption

  • Own peer-level communications with cross-functional teams, driving the standards of the team, ability to recognize deviations from standards, and empowered to make informed decisions to achieve executional excellence

  • Manage Purchase Order ingestion and lead process for accurate reconciling, and ensure inputs into wider Gross Profit measurement process (understanding of core financial P&L statement)

  • Manage campaign calendar(s) including but not limited to, timelines and project plans with campaign flows with vendor and internal stakeholders.

  • Comfortable with driving results within cross-functional / matrix organization

  • Develop new processes to streamline the workflows - form creative approaches to refine processes

  • Responsible for the timely and accurate execution and approval of marketing campaigns; including marketing asset inputs, budget alignment, and stakeholder approvals

  • Work cross-functionally and with external vendors to improve efficiencies in campaign development and launch cycle times

  • Collaborate with internal teams to manage estimates/forecasts, Purchase Orders/Invoices, and ad-hoc vendor/process requests

  • Partnering cross functionally to develop a central brand calendar

  • Organize a contract hub, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to develop and onboard vendors and help negotiate strategic partner contracts

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will also need the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in performance marketing or marketing analytics

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate directly to Internal and External customers, outsourced partners and senior leaders

  • Champion of change management and partnership with internal stakeholders, external customers and outsourced partners a must

  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills

  • History of partnerships with Finance, comfortable analyzing P&L statements, and ensuring that data science results can be used for incremental lift calculations with Finance to arrive at a campaign ROI calculations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with test and control campaign design, including setting up statistically significant control populations to measure incrementality. This experience can be in partnership with data science teams.

  • Measurement of campaigns with the ability to gain actionable insights from data. Must comprehend the "So What, Now What" of what the data is revealing and then be able to make enhancements to the campaign to achieve better ROI performance.

  • Experience working closely with digital and/or traditional vendors (Programmatic, App Coupon, Email, Paper Coupon) and partnering to analyze campaign results, results confidence, and improve campaign performance.
