Outpatient psychotherapist, part time or full time, Mass General Brigham-Salem Hospital, Salem, MA: Current Social Work License (LICSW)

Seeking 20-40 hour outpatient psychotherapists for our growing, dynamic psychiatry services. Strong preference for clinicians who are interested in working with children, adolescents, adults and families. The ideal candidate will be experienced in assessing and providing therapy to children and adolescents with diverse clinical conditions including anxiety, depression, ADHD, Autism, Attachment issues, trauma, acute crises, and often within complex family systems. This position involves participation in one or more clinical teams (Pre-school, Behavioral Medicine and General) and clinicians here enjoy the wide range of opportunities a hospital-based position provides including internal educational opportunities, inter-departmental collaboration and excellent health and extracurricular benefits.

Responsibilities include:

- providing initial intake evaluations, ongoing psychotherapy, group therapy and being part of a multidisciplinary treatment team. Will be assigned 1-2 monthly urgent care referrals

- Preference for those individuals who have experience with CBT and DBT skill sets, and short-term therapy models

- They would have the ability to work well in multi-disciplinary teams, and be organized and timely in clinical documentation.

Mass General Brigham-Salem Hospital Psychiatry service includes 120 inpatient beds, two PHPs and three very busy outpatient clinics. There is an extensive and full psychiatric service covering all levels of psychiatric care. NSMC qualifies for the federally sponsored loan forgiveness programs. MGB-Salem Hospital is a member of the Mass General Brigham network that includes MGH, Brigham & Women's, McLean, and other MGB institutions.
