Our employees are the cornerstone of our success and we are looking for dynamic individuals to join our team. We have an excellent opportunity for a Payroll Coordinator at our headquarters in Mason, OH.

The Payroll Coordinator is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely in-house and outsourced payroll processing for U.S. and foreign employees.

 Responsibilities/Principal Duties:

  • Timely and accurately prepare, process and distribute Oracle U.S. and Canadian bi-weekly payrolls.
  • Provide aid and assistance to support payroll-related processes at plant locations.  May include batch loading of data.  Run payroll and post payroll processes for hourly plant and driver payrolls.
  • Process or support others in processing child support, wage garnishment, benefit plan and other payroll deductions.
  • Comply with federal, state, and local regulations, garnishment rules and other legal requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with Company pay policies and SOX/internal controls including proper documentation, approval and recording of payroll transactions.
  • Help maintain checklists and instructions for payroll processes/procedures.
  • Answer employee and manager questions and help resolve payroll problems.
  • Work with managers and employees to maintain accurate reporting of hours in time and attendance system.
  • Work with Treasury/Finance to ensure accurate and proper payroll banking transactions.
  • Work with Corporate HR to coordinate timely and accurate input of employee information into HRMS system and review payroll-related changes entered by HR.
  • Create and.or run payroll reports in Excel, Noetix, Oracle, ADP (includes pre-payroll audit reports and post-payroll interface reports, periodic and ad hoc reports).
  • Work on special projects and other tasks as assigned by Payroll Supervisor/Manager.


Qualified candidates must possess the following minimum qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1-3 years multi-state and multi-company payroll processing experience for a medium to large company required.
  • Associate Degree in in accounting or FPC/CPP a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll, including compliance and payroll tax, is required.
  • Experience with Oracle Payroll or other HRMS software preferred.
  • Proficient with Windows-based business software including expertise using Word and Excel.
