  • Research and process Unclaimed Property payments
  • Generate and print budget utilization report
  • Process monthly OIG to ensure employees/vendors are current with all state regulations
  • Generate and upload new hire report to various state agencies
  • Respond to verification of employment and income requests
  • Receive, process and respond to requests from the Office of Attorney General (OAG)
  • Workers Compensation management; reconciling and processing payments
  • Processing involuntary deductions such as levies and garnishments
  • Generate and issue garnishment and other vendor payments
  • Respond to garnishment or court orders by the requested dates
  • Create CRM cases utilizing our internal Portal
  • Process CRM cases as assigned
  • Monitor, research, process and respond to team’s email inbox
  • Maintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures
  • Perform special projects to explore ways to improve the efficiency of department functions
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Moderate experience with Microsoft Office 365 toolset, specifically Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Ability to navigate between multiple applications
  • Ability to meet or exceed productivity and quality expectation
  • Ability to adapt to change in processes, systems etc.

Qualifications:

Education: Associate Degree in Finance related field and 1-year experience in related field
Experience: 2+ years of accounting, banking or clerical experience required, payroll experience a plus
