LOOKING FOR VOLUNTEERS!
Are you an AWESOME, DRIVEN, INDEPENDENT, DEDICATED and EXCEPTIONAL PST looking for a change? If so, we have a full time position looking to be filled by YOU!!!!!! If you are not a current PST, we will train you and pay you for the training!
Immobility can contribute to many complications for patients including breathing problems, blood clots, digestive disturbances, organ failure and pressure ulcers, just to name a few. These complications can cause significant irreversible harm to patients and adversely affect them for a lifetime.
You will be provided with the following initial training:
- Pressure injury reduction measures
- How to safely transfer and ambulate patients
- 1:1 shadowing for 3 shifts with a PT or OT
- Use of equipment for mobilization
