Description:
Our client is currently seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join their team at an urgent care clinic in Brentwood, PA.
As a Patient Care Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include:
- -Checking Patients In: Welcoming patients as they arrive at the clinic and ensuring a smooth check-in process.
- -Discharging Patients: Printing and providing discharge paperwork to patients after their visit.
- -Answering Phones and Taking Messages: Handling incoming phone calls and relaying messages as needed.
- -Documenting in EMR System (Athena): Entering patient information and relevant details into the electronic medical records (EMR) system (training will be provided).
Qualifications & Requirements:
- -High School diploma
- -Excellent customer service skills
Expected shift: 3 days, 12-hour shifts (8:00 am to 8:00 pm)
Terms: Contract-to-hire position
