How You Will Make Contributions That Matter

• Safe and efficient set-up, operation and tear-down of processing equipment; striving to minimize loss.
• Professional and proactive communication with contracted milk haulers to ensure effective operations and processes; communicating any delays or changes to the receiving schedule to plant leadership.
• Receive, evaluate and test incoming raw milk per standard operating procedures (i.e. take temperature, visually inspect milk, smell and apply applicable test to samples); recording results.
• Remain focused on the following priorities in all facets of the Intake and Pasteurization process. Employee Health & Safety and Food Safety; Product Quality; Productivity.
• Pasteurize milk according to regulations and monitor the pasteurizer for proper function

You Are Best Suited For The Role If You....

• Maintain good attendance and promptness when reporting to work
• Can work in fast paced environment
• Have a valid Wisconsin Pasteurizer Operator License, or the ability to obtain (training paid for and provided by Saputo). Must receive within 6 months of placement.
• Have a valid Bulk Milk Sampler License, or the ability to obtain (training paid for and provided by Saputo).
