RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in San Diego, CA that is seeking a part time HR Admin Assistant to support the Benefits team on a temporary assignment. This role will primarily be focused on processing benefit enrollments within the benefits administration system. The HR Admin Assistant will also assist the Benefits team with administrative tasks as needed and may potentially extend to administrative support across the entire HR department. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in Human Resources and work with an awesome team.Company Perks:

Responsibilities:
  • Track and follow-up on required dependent documentation for new benefit enrollments
  • Process benefit enrollment changes for employees with qualifying life events
  • Other duties as assigned


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field or equivalent experience, or pursuing such degree
  • 1+ years of experience in a business environment
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in Excel
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a sense of urgency
  • High level of proficiency with data entry
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able to handle confidential matters with discretion


The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
