Part Time Finance Assistant

Our client, a non-profit organization in Watertown, MA, is seeking a Part Time Finance Assistant to join their team! This role will be about 20 hours/week onsite Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays in Watertown, MA. They offer free parking and have a cafeteria onsite!

Responsibilities:

• Approve expense reports as a first approver and reconciliation
• Monitor finance email inbox
• Input bills into company software system
• Assign invoice approvers
• Follow up on timesheet submissions

Qualifications:

• Prior AP experience
• Excel skills (pivot tables & look-ups are a plus!)
