Part-Time Accounts Payable Rock Star (Remote)! MUST RESIDE IN ARIZONA

Our client, a leading organization in the skilled trade schools industry, is actively seeking a Part Time Accounts Payable (20-25 hours per week) professional to join their team. This is a remote position offering flexible hours and the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and growing company.

Compensation: $27.00 - $30.00 hourly

In this role, you will:

• Responsible for processing a high volume of marketing invoices from various vendors, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company guidelines.
• Foster strong relationships by collaborating directly with marketing vendors and marketing personnel to resolve any invoice discrepancies and ensure timely processing.
• Manage the marketing invoice approval workflow, including routing invoices exceeding purchase order totals or lacking purchase orders entirely, for timely approvals.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss purchase order statuses and contribute to a smooth month-end closing process.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting by maintaining a comprehensive invoice tracking sheet that compares monthly purchase orders against received and posted invoices.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Accounts Payable or related financial role
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Must Reside in Arizona
