Location: Little Rock, AR
Description: Our client is currently seeking a PARALEGAL - II
Under general supervision, prepares time sensitive and accurate real property agreements at the request of clients. This will require reviewing and analyzing the content of existing agreements in order to accurately and completely integrate information provided by Regional network organization clients into new agreements (using forms drafted by counsel).

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor?s Degree
• LOGISTICS: Shift: Standard 9-5. Is weekend work is required? No. Is on-call work required? No.
  
• Minimum 2 years of recent, relevant business experience in a similar work environment (law firm or corporate legal team), including work with legal transactions and basic understanding of financial analysis skills or experience. -
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills -
• Superior customer service -
• Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize and organize multiple projects simultaneously -
• Flexibility to learn new skills -
• Transaction experience (with a focus on real estate transactions a plus, though not a strict requirement), including the ability to interpret contracts. -
• Strong PC literacy (including the Microsoft Office Suite and ability to expand knowledge to other applications) -
• Strong interpersonal skills -
• Excellent multi-tasking skills -
• Ability to work autonomously while maintaining a sense of team unity -
• Ability to work under significant time pressures and meet deadlines
