We have an excellent opportunity for a Paralegal in our Clopay Corporation headquarters in Mason, OH.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal and administrative support to a tight-knit legal department across a wide range of legal matters, including litigation (e.g. products liability and employment), contracts (e.g. construction, subcontracts), and real estate (e.g. leases) matters.
• Manage and maintain contracts database and review processes.
• Provide support related to litigation and investigations, including document searches and retrieval, interviews, note-taking, and related responses and memoranda.
• Prepare contracts from templates, correspondence and other documents.
• Prepare quarterly legal reports.
• Assist with ethics and compliance programs.
• Provide all required administrative support

• Undergraduate degree required.
• 3 years previous experience required, preferably in a law firm or corporate legal department setting.
• Administrative skills, confidentiality, and sound decision making abilities, without considerable guidance, are necessary.
• Excellent writing and communication skills highly desirable.
• High level of organizational skills.
• A professional, proactive, and positive attitude.
