Become a part of our team of competent, caring, and supportive professionals as an Outpatient Clinician at Behavioral Health Network! At BHN's Carson Center for Adults and Families in Westfield, MA, Outpatient Clinicians have a significant impact on the lives of people in Westfield and surrounding communities by providing high-quality direct outpatient services in a vibrant, collaborative setting. Outpatient Clinicians primarily serve adults with mental health and/or substance use issues using a variety of treatment modalities. In addition, Outpatient Clinicians maintain direct service productivity and participate in clinical team meetings, complete comprehensive intake evaluations, formulate collaborative treatment plans and coordinate treatment with a multidisciplinary team.

The Carson Center provides intervention and support services that manage psychiatric symptoms in the community. Carson Center provides transitional residential support to individuals in the Westfield area.

Outpatient Clinicians at Behavioral Health Network have the following qualifications:

• Licensed or license-eligible in Massachusetts
• Master's Degree in a Mental Health related field

Supervision towards licensure is available, as are opportunities to work with a variety of specialty populations.
