RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce's client, a well-established and growing service-based company in the Grand Rapids, MI area is looking to add an Organizational Learning & Development Coordinator to their team. This role will report to the VP of Human Resources and will be used as a development position for future growth into other leadership positions within the company.Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with and under the direction of the HR Director and President to integrate talent development and management strategy into all business processes related to the team member experience focusing on different disciplines (maintenance, security, property manager, and leasing), to include on-boarding, competency building, employee development leadership and manager development, role-based and technical training
  • Measure overall effectiveness and impact of the learning strategy and development initiatives
  • Create standard metrics that can be used by Human Resources, District Managers, and other department leads to manage their talent
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, influencers, and leaders across the organization, Human Resources, and district leaders to establish programs and activities that support region-specific goals and areas of focus
  • Prioritize and implement high-impact training programs and activities with appropriate measures, communications, and cross-functional involvement
  • Work closely with other departments, to create an Online Training Manual for new hires by identifying content that is ready for use, content that is outdated and needing to be updated, and new content that needs to be created
  • Create and implement assessments, surveys, and other tools to determine the effectiveness of training and/or talent development programs


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience working with training and development programs


The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
