Williams Concrete Accessories, a division of Williams Form Engineering, is looking to fill an Order Entry Specialist position in our Portland, OR location. This successful candidate will be an integral member of the office staff supporting financial, sales and operational activities.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Enter and maintain incoming orders within our ERP system
• Verify customer and order information for correctness
• Enter and maintain customer records within our ERP system
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Outside Sales, Warehouse personnel, Logistics and Management to provide outstanding customer service and accurate fulfillment of orders

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Administrative duties such as phone support, filing and other duties as needed

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree/credit preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication, are required
• Knowledge of computers and business computer software, including Microsoft and Epicor desired
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
• Able to adapt to ever-changing daily priorities
• Basic mathematical skills, including calculating discounts and percentages, required
• Product / industry knowledge and experience an asset
