RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Princeton, NJ that is seeking an Oracle SQL/PLSQL Performance Engineer. Summary:The ONE team needs an Oracle Expert to work on improving performance of the ONE CR Scoring platform. Significant performance improvements are needed for the ONE application, in order to support very high loads and throughput during peak scoring activities such as the AP Reading. The DBA has identified several SQL queries and procedures that need to be tuned for performance.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Extensive experience in rewriting and optimizing sub-optimal SQL/PLSQL
• SQL/PLSQL Performance tuning, and fine-tuning using Explain Plan and TKPROF
• Good understanding of Oracle hints
• Expert in Oracle Administration and SQL development to help the application development team
• Should be independent and should look at the current Data structures and suggest and fix any scalability issues
