POSITION PURPOSE:



The OCM Specialist is a key member of the Project Fortress Business Resource team. Project Fortress encompasses our journey to modernize our ERP platforms which will improve how our team interacts with processes, systems, and data to achieve our goal of operating as one company. The role represents the OCM area of the business and is the advocate for the area. This individual has a strong understanding of OCM and is a resource for Process Leads, Work Stream Leads, consultants, and others when there are questions regarding how their function operates and insight into the adoption or impacts of new processes within their area. They also know many of the resources across the business in their function to pull into meetings, sessions, etc.



ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:


* Support OCM lead in the execution of OCM and training activities for Project Fortress
* Work with OCM lead to collect key data inputs and impacts to inform change interventions
* Under the guidance of OCM lead, work with relevant functional and technical SMEs as needed to validate deliverables
* Execute stakeholder readiness surveys, synthesize results, and prepare leadership reports for Project Fortress
* Support development and tracking of programmatic messaging
* Monitor OCM/program mailboxes and escalate requests and messaging accordingly
* Develop weekly status report content under the guidance of OCM lead
* Develop and maintain stakeholder distribution and contact lists
* Develop and distribute change champion network invites and support OCM lead in the development and distribution of agendas and related content
* Develop program leadership reports on change management and training activities and metrics
* Support planning and execution of virtual and in-person engagement activities
* Supervisory Responsibilities.


* This position has no direct reports

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to excel at the essential functions assigned. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and ability required.



Experience


* Minimum of 5 years business experience
* Experiences in developing and executing OCM plan, communication plan, and training plan, and coordinating and overseeing the business process change and training activities a plus

Skills


* Strong communication skills
* Ability to influence behavior and ability to identify business process changes
* Ability to foresee impacts within their function and supporting functions as a result of process changes
* Detailed oriented with good project management skills

Education


* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Change Management, or a related field is preferred but not required

SCOPE & EXPECATIONS:


* Reports to: OCM Process Lead
* Travel Requirements:


* This will vary depending upon the functional area.
* The recruitment process may consist of any combination of phone, video and in person interviews.
* Offers may be contingent upon successful completion of Background Check, Drug Screen, Physical Examination and/or potential Motor Vehicle Check.
