HotFoot Recruiters has partnered with a well-reputable company in need of a Direct Hire Operations Technician in the Goodyear, AZ area.

Job description includes:

• Sets up and operates different types of machine tools.
• Selects appropriate tooling for varying materials, equipment, and operating conditions.
• Constructs simple mechanical fixtures to support the manufacturing process.
• Repairs basic assembly fixtures, test fixtures, and molds.
• Diagnoses simple problems, determines corrective action required, and takes corrective action.
• Changes molds as needed to support production requirements.

Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED
• Minimum 1 year of machine operating/mechanical experience.
• Must be able to troubleshoot material loading systems, molding machines and ancillary equipment.
