Overview:
The Product Strategy and Operations team works with the Product and Engineering functions to deliver new products to market as well as updates to existing products. As an Operations Project Manager, you will work cross-functionally across teams and departments to help move important projects forward, refine processes and procedures, and help set projects up for success.

This is an individual contributor role within the project management discipline will wear many hats and pick up projects and responsibilities across the portfolio of initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and oversee projects of different sizes from inception to completion, ranging from 1 - 3 person projects to larger project of 6 or more team members
  
• Schedule and lead team meetings
  
• Drive towards structure and consistency with the project artifacts
  
• Refine and organize document repositories to ensure efficient access to resources and information
  
• Report on progress against the plans and communicate when we are on and off track
  
• Follow up with team members to help unblock them and keep the projects moving
  
• Build out project pages in Confluence to provide transparency and to keep the project organized
  
• Follow standard project management fundamentals such as keeping a decision log, risk tracker, and keep project plans current at least weekly for the project you oversee
  

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  
• 2+ years of relevant, hands-on project management experience in IT or Software Development
  
• Computer proficient with standard MS Suite of Office tools
  
• PMI certification a plus
  
• Six Sigma certification a plus

Compensation:

Alteryx is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Thesalaryrange for this role in Broomfield, CO is $88,400 - $150,300. This position is alsoremote-friendly and, as such, compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled.Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.

This role is eligible for variable compensation including bonus and stock grants.
