Our Operations Managers are responsible for helping to drive the overall operation of their property. Reporting to the General Manager, the OM ensures a delivery of a consistent quality and value to our guests. Operations Managers ensure the property maintains a safe, secure and hospitable environment for the guests, as well as each Team Member. When that occurs, we know that achieving the profit goals each General Manager is assigned can happen. With a defined career path in place, successful Operations Managers have a lot of room to grow.
The General Manager will assign the AGM a variety of duties, many of which will be supervisory and require leadership, independent discretion and good judgement. Those qualities, along with the following make you a strong candidate for an AGM role:
