Essential responsibilities
Collect data from internal and external sources for analysis / analytical reports to support decision making and trend analysis.
Work with internal and external teams/stakeholders, as needed, in support of the collection, manipulation, and summarization of data.
Maintain, build as needed, organized SharePoint lists, sites, and/or database of collected information to ensure effective and efficient data retrieval and reporting.
Routinely review data to identify and remediate gaps, inconsistencies, and errors.
Aligns complex solutions with business and IT strategies.
Ensures clarity and compliance with the organization's architectural standards and documents functional and non-functional requirements.
Ensures clarity and inclusion of appropriate details in the same.
Maintains documentation for new and existing applications.
Works closely with customers, business analysts, and team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions. Facilitates requirements sessions and walk-throughs.
Involved in the full systems life cycle for moderate to large-sized projects and partners with stakeholders to maintain focus and understanding throughout the project lifecycle.
Assists with maintenance and support for application software.

5+ years working in a large IT department
5+ years systems documentation experience and/or technical writing
Consistent record of delivering results
Ability to motivate project teams and partners
Ability to adjust focus to meet changing priorities and shifting company needs
Ability to operate in a matrix environment
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Preferred
Solid understanding of industry practices and CSAA IG policies and the ability to develop a keen understanding of the company's key functional processes and resources
Hands-on experience with PowerBI and SharePoint

In compliance of Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (EPEWA) we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles that will be, or could be performed in Colorado. If performed in Colorado, this position has a salary range of $80,750-$95,000 with an opportunity for a company-wide annual discretionary bonus, through our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP), of up to 8% of eligible pay.
