CUMULUS MEDIA | KNOXVILLE, TENNESSEE is looking for an Afternoon Drive Host to join the market leading and legendary Country Station, 107.7 WIVK. Our current talent has been with the station for 28 years, and he is ready to hang up his boots. Are you up for the challenge? We are looking for a creative talent interested in strengthening our team of talent. Tell us how you will bring daily on-air and off-air ideas to generate top-of-mind brand awareness for the station. You'll be asked to engage in the communities we serve. Be active and excel on all social media platforms. Are you willing to put in the work to be a winner? Key Responsibilities:

• Station ambassador: On and off the air.
• Social content creator: engaging posts, video, and podcast.
• Maintain and grow the station's ratings and revenue.
• Maximize phone caller exposure and use guests to entertain and engage regular people.
• Remotes, station events and appearances.
• Four-hour weekday shows and a rotating weekend show.
• Work with PD to maximize ratings and revenue.
• Engage with sales to grow revenue and create solutions for clients.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

• Minimum two years' experience hosting a full-time show with a history of ratings success.
• Socially informed and perceptive, imaginative, and creative, resourceful, up-to-date and intuitively tuned into current trends locally and nationally.
• Work well in a team environment; collaborative.
• Proficient with Op-X (or with other radio automation systems), VOX Pro (or similar).
• Experience with creating and posting on social media platforms with a strategy for making them effective.
• Demo/aircheck of on-air work.
