Our customer, a dynamic and growing organization dedicated to delivering exceptional service, is looking for an Office Assistant to join their team!

Location: Folsom, CA
Pay Rate: $20.00-23.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am-5pm

As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. Your duties will include but are not limited to:

* Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
* Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel.
* Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages, including sorting, distributing, and organizing.
* Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
* Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
* Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
* Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience as an office assistant or in a related administrative role.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
