*ABOUT THE TEAM*
The Offer Management team is the group within Best Buy Health that drives the end-to-end lifecycle of our products and customer experience. We are accountable for the full life cycle of an offering, including validating the need in the marketplace, determining the business model, assessing the implications for engineering, marketing, sales, support and finance. We have one goal: to ensure that our customers have a positive end-to-end experience with our products and services. The team fosters a culture of innovation and encourages everyone to contribute through new ideas and insights.
*ABOUT THE JOB*
The Offering Manager is responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of new and existing Best Buy Health consumer products and services through strategic planning, market & competitive analysis and partnering with groups such as engineering, design and marketing. In addition, the Offering Manager will manage the business & planning relationships with select third-party vendors and OEMs. The Offering Manager is an ace at developing detailed business cases based on synthesizing insights gathered through regular engagement with customers, undertaking detailed competitor analysis and truly understanding the market needs for the health and wellness segment for seniors. This is a high visibility, hands-on position that requires commitment, ownership, flexibility, careful planning, and attention to detail.
*RESPONSIBILITIES *

* Manage existing offerings and the creation of new offerings of products and services focusing on customer journeys, end to end user experiences, and the needs of stakeholders including Customer Experience, Customer Care, Go-To-Market, Logistics, Software Development, Legal, Finance, Data Services and Billing Operations
* Manage and facilitate the development of detailed business cases for new products and services offerings in the health and wellness segment for active aging seniors to meet our business objectives
* Design and develop new offerings based on market validation from prospective customers. Evangelize the offering internally based on the business case, resource requirements and measures of success
* Deliver the new offering to the market based on launch readiness, go-to-market, delivery and support capabilities
* Conduct thorough analysis of the market, competitor offerings and customer insights and feedback to enable us to respond to the market and adjust our offerings and go-to-market capabilities
* Collaborate with Digital & Technology Product Manager to manage the end-to-end product lifecycle - concept, planning, development and maintenance - for products and services in the Active Aging business unit
* Manage the day-to-day measurement and interpretation of KPIs, including develop action plans to tweak the offering in near-real-time to best meet market needs
* Sponsor and facilitate focus groups/user testing, user persona creation, packaging and collateral design
* Manage vendors, suppliers, and partners in partnership with our Exclusive Brands team for planning and sustaining new products and services within the wireless and/or healthcare industries
* Translate customer and business needs into product requirements
* Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the active aging industry, customers, and technology trends and facilitate learning across the Health and Digital & Technology teams

*QUALIFICATIONS*
*Education:* Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
*Experience:*

* Minimum 3 years of experience in product management required
* Prior experience managing roadmaps and business cases required
* Prior experience launching products and/or services required
* Prior experience with HW and SW platforms for healthcare and/ or wireless verticals preferred
*Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:*

* Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful product launches required
* Strong analytical skills and ability to make business decisions, recommendations, and conclusions based upon data required
* Creative problem-solving skills using logic and reasoning required
* Excellent understanding of technical detail and the ability to articulate to technical and non-technical audiences preferred
* Knowledge of SDLC & Agile (SCRUM methodology) preferred
