Summary:
Identifies nursing staffing needs; designs, develops, implements and coordinates recruitment solutions to meet identified needs in nursing and related titles; interviews and conducts reference checks on all nurse recruitments and related titles; screens and hires applicants in areas; follows employment policies and procedures. Develops recruitment strategies; serves as a consultant to departmental management in identifying most effective recruitment strategies as well as adherence to Human Resources policies as it relates to employment.

Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience

1. Bachelor's degree and the equivalent of three (3) years of full-time experience in an appropriate related field; or
2. Associate's degree and the equivalent of five (5) years of full-time experience in an appropriate related field; or
3. High School diploma or G.E.D. and the equivalent of seven (7) years of full-time experience in an appropriate related field.

NOTE: Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.

Preferred Qualifications:
The preferred candidate will have previous healthcare recruitment experience, experience in HR, specifically Talent Acquisition as well as be a New Your State Registered Nurse.
