Location: Forks, PA
Description: The Judge Group is looking for Nurse Practitioners to work in Northampton County, PA with one of the biggest healthcare providers in the country!
Schedule: Extremely flexible, and can be part time or full time depending on your need. (Visits can be scheduled whenever you want Mon-Sun).
Type: ONGOING need
A House Calls Nurse Practitioner will complete yearly visits on members within a geographic area of responsibility (county). The nature of the House Calls visit can vary and could include performing an annual health assessment, a post discharge visit, or other general follow up assessments. Each visit ranges from about 60-90 minutes.
-Ideally one year of NP experience preferred *** but not required
-Active license in the state of PA
-Candidates must be vaccinated.
