What You Will Be Doing As a Network System Administrator you will report to the office which is located in Bartlett, TN. You will make sure network and IS systems are working effectively. You will update systems when necessary and closely observe the hardware and software for the company. You will sustain network infrastructure along with data migration when necessary. Analysis is necessary when your solving tech support issues in a tier 1, 2, and 3 environment. You're able to effectively communicate with 3rd party vendors for replacement of software and upgrading hardware when necessary. You're constantly making sure the LAN/WAN networks are working properly and efficiently. Your successful at troubleshooting and debugging with help desk support. You are in collaboration with the CIO and the IT team while abiding to the IT policies and procedures.
