Job Description:

Provide hands-on network administration support, network maintenance and operations support. Monitors and manages system resources, including CPU usage, disk usage, and response times to maintain operating efficiency. Performs systems security administration functions, may include creating user profiles and accounts. Recommend networking software and hardware enhancements. Build, configure, and troubleshoot local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN),and other company networks. Diagnose and correct network systems issues. Monitor and report status of operational networks through an Enterprise Operations Center (EOC).

Education and Qualifications:

o Requires 5 to 8 years with BS/BA or 3 to 5 years with MS/MA or 0 to 2 years with PhD.
o Proven network administration experience
o Must have a current DoD 8570.1-M IAT Level II certification (i.e., Security+ CE)
o ITIL Foundations certification desired
