*Job Location:* Onsite 2 days a week
*Salary:* $120k-$150k

We are seeking an experienced and motivated .Net Engineering Manager to join our team! This position is responsible to lead the web development team while achieving the company's business objectives; support and provide strategic direction of client products in order to increase value proposition, market share, and product quality. Ensures all development activities are in accordance with organizational standards and industry best practices.
What You Will Be Doing - Communicates on all levels with senior management, including technical, strategic and business.
- Ensures all product designs and documentation meets client expectations and ACB's standards.
- Provides critical input to the development of software strategy and research and development of new and emerging products and technologies.
- Directs the growth of the professional staff by providing individualized guidance, training and supervision.
- Train and support employees on implemented system changes or issues related to applications and supporting software.
- The position has relationships with most clients and may require interfacing with various client personnel, including, IT, sales, and operations to determine system requirements, pricing, project timelines, problem resolution, etc.
- Reporting to the Director of IT, the position interfaces with Sales/Account Managers, Operations, Corporate Staff, Human Resources, and other IT organizations.
- Performs other duties as required.
What You Need for this Position - B.S. in Computer Science, MIS, or related field of study OR equivalent combination or education and experience
- 5 years in a leadership role with a demonstration of in-depth software development life cycle understanding and applied knowledge.
- Broad understanding of data handling and processing concepts.
- Expert C# skills utilizing Object/Aspect/Functional design
- In depth understanding of Agile Kanban/Scrum processes
- NET MVC/MVP/.NET Core Application design experience
- Database design in MS SQL
- Experience with DevOps tools is highly desirable.
- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills and be able work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management and third parties.
- Must possess strong analytical skills, be detail-oriented, be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, multi-task and work both independently and as a part of a team.
- Travel is required on occasion for client and/or management team meetings.
- Work hours vary with each project. Certain projects may require additional or extended work hours.
- Managers may be contacted at home or after hours for issues/escalations.
