Multifamily Project Manager We are seeking Project Managers to join our contracting and construction management firm headquartered in Miami. We specialize in institutional construction such as schools, healthcare, municipalities, and airports. We also have a dedicated team who specializes on commercial and residential construction.

What You Will Be Doing The Project Manager (PM) is the individual charged with responsibility for the complete and satisfactory execution of the entire project(s). The Project Manager is the company representative who deals with the outside world (owner, design professionals, vendors). His or her actions, as such, will be regarded as the companys. The Project Manager participates in our Mission, lives by our Values, and promotes the Vision of Excellence.


WE ARE OFFERING THE FOLLOWING:
- $100,000 - $150,000 Base Salary
- Bonus - 25% of Base Salary
- Health Insurance - 100% For Employee

- (12) Days PTO + Paid Holidays
- Vehicle Allowance - $500/mo
- Cell Phone Allowance - $75/mo


RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (BUT NOT LIMITED TO):
- Developing, monitoring, updating, and communicating the progress schedule and its periodic revisions
- Solicitation, review, and compilation of subcontractor/vendor bids
- Selection and award to subcontractor/vendors
- Author and execute contracts/purchase orders in accordance with company guidelines
- Monitoring and expediting material deliveries to correspond with the construction schedule, including material furnished by subcontractors
- Project forecasting/cost monitoring and budget management
- Review and authorize all purchases and expenditures through the invoice process
- Identifying and resolving all cost and schedule impacts
- Procure, review, and distribute project submittals
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers, design professionals, building officials, local businesses, and police and fire departments
- Manage project closeout and warranty procedures
- Coordinating on-site with corporate and regional office activities
- Managing the due diligence process for new developments. Coordinate preliminary engineering and site planning. Issue and manage site investigation contracts.
- Update monthly development book information.
- Coordinate and manage design team in production of construction documents.
What You Need for this Position Job Qualifications:
- 4-year degree in Building Construction, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2 Years Multifamily Project Management Experience.

Job Requirements:
- Prior experience in successfully managing multifamily project start-to-finish.
- Experience in Multifamily Required; Single Family Preferred
- Wood Frame Type III & Type V Experience Required
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Project, Power Point, Word, and Outlook) and construction software (MS Project, ProCore/ProLong, or CoreCon)
