YOUR ROLE
- Executes engineering processes ensuring that quality products are delivered on-time at competitive cost
- Liaises with other stakeholders in order to provide professional support and advice
- Strives for improvements and efficiencies in Engineering area
- Monitors KPIs for engineering processes
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of technical development and trends in the field of expertise
YOUR SKILLS
- 10 years minimum experience in manufacturing related fields with technical leadership and project management experience. B.S. in Engineering preferred.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of plant processes, systems and technical design.
- Leadership/coordination of multiple resources (i.e., employees, contractors, consultants, etc.).
- Strong Financial and Capital management skills, strong proficiency with project management and understanding of CAD software.
