Shift: Wednesday through Friday, every other Saturday 5:00 pm - 5:30 am

Where you come in:

  • You'll need a moderate understanding of general job aspects and some understanding of the detailed aspects of the job.

  • Completes all warehousing activities including but not limited to receiving, shipping, manufacturing support, and inventory control in compliance with Safety, cGMP, and Quality Standard Operating Procedures. Position is expected to transact all material timely and compile and maintain all required documents for material movement as per quality procedures
  • This position may work with raw materials, dangerous goods, WIP materials, finished goods, returned goods, R&D materials, etc.
  • Able to perform intermediate functions in Excel including such as creating tables, sorting/filtering data, etc.
  • Creates and/runs basic reports around performance metrics.
  • Investigates a resolves basic customer requests from internal partners.

Functional Description

Ensures security and accountability of inventory through transaction documentation, process and procedure verification, and system review. Develops and executes replenishment strategies; conducts physical inventories and leads cycle counts. Analyzes and, when able, corrects cycle count discrepancies. Audits incoming and outgoing shipments to assure quality and accuracy. Compiles and documents all transactions for data entry. Responsible for the physical receipt, storage, pick, pack, ship, transport and delivery of inventory.

  • Normally receives little instruction on daily work, general instructions on newly introduced assignments.
  • Nature of decisions demands a consistent accuracy as errors may cause some serious delay, waste of materials or loss of time due to rework or checking revised output.

  • Typically requires a minimum of 4-6 years of related experience and High School diploma/certificate or equivalent.

Non-Exempt Salary Details:

The annualized base salary range for this role is $34,500 to $57,500. Annualized values for non-exempt (hourly) positions are estimates, final annualized salary will depend on total hours worked. Final compensation package will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, business needs and market demand.

Examples of English language proficiency may include (but are not limited to): ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; ability to write routine reports and correspondence; ability to verbally communicate with leadership, employees, and auditors; ability to comprehend spoken language.

Physical Demands (US only):

Employees in this position may be required to perform the following physical activities: standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods of time; frequent use of the hands, fingers, wrist, and greater arm to handle small materials, tools, boxes, and trays; lifting and carrying objects up to 50Ibs; occasional overhead reaches and lifts; occasional lifts and reaches below the knee; occasional pushing and pulling of materials and objects with moderate forces; occasional crouching/kneeling, twisting, and squatting movements.
