The position of Master Data Coordinator is responsible to assist in the gathering of both in-house and customer product specifications from sales, purchasing and technical services; for the purpose of new product set-up, as well as follow through with product changes. This position is also responsible to ensure the total integration of production information into the SAP system.

• · Complete the logical assignment of part numbers for chemicals, sub-assemblies and customer numbers

  · Provide specification information for all components (pressure ranges, pallet patterns, etc)

  · Ensure all required data is entered into SAP system for the purpose of generating work orders and/or run lists

  · Collaborate with any required resources to gather special information concerning the product, ensuring this is transferred into the SAP system

  · Maintain documentation of all changes

  · Periodically review assigned accounts/customers for product specification accuracy

  · Compile reports as requested or required

  · Manage and organize high volume of email.
