Position Pay Range:

This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to geographical location and experience.
$62,715.00-$100,344.00

Join CSG as a Marketing where you will help with the development, management, and execution of operational processes and tasks to support market awareness, lead generation, lead nurturing, reporting, and measurement.. You will also require a unique blend of marketing strategy and operations experience, be agile, and work in collaboration,.. As part of the team, you will report to Sr. Manager Marketing Operations and work with a total of 4 team members. Job Responsibilities

Market Automation and Campaign Execution

  • Collaborate with the global marketing teams to build best-in-class processes and campaigns, with a focus on customer segmentation, campaign execution and performance, automation, and lead generation strategies
  • Help with the definition and management of all marketing related technologies and their appropriate integration
  • Work directly with field and product marketing to execute campaigns including nurture flows, multi-touch programs, and re-engagement
  • Collaborate with channel and product marketing to create emails, landing pages, and forms within the marketing tools, including templates for use by others within the marketing function
  • Manage the lead scoring model and collaborate with marketing leadership on the continued optimization of the lead management process, ensuring timely distribution of marketing qualified leads and that lead routing rules reflect current sales team structure

Data Strategy
  • Lead the marketing database including data imports and clean up, list segmentation, subscription management, and reporting
  • Aggregate and analyze data to help increase main personas for lead nurturing program
  • Support the maintenance and enhancement of data through data cleanliness & data governance efforts; improve data quality results by identifying and determining best practices, system improvements and new technologies

Measurement and Reporting
  • Assist management in the definition of global marketing measurement approach, global KPIs, and Marketing scorecard(s)
  • Develop and refine existing processes to collect and analyze demand generation plan details, expectations, and reporting of results
  • Report campaign results and database health, and providing insight and suggestions
  • Define and create campaign analytics reports to demonstrate marketing effectiveness on results; guide next steps to increase effectiveness in planning
  • Translate analytics into business insights and make recommendations to marketing, sales, and sales operations teams on areas to allow more strategic, data-driven decisions to increase business growth across the entire buy cycle

Operations Support
  • Work with sales to develop a feedback process that provides insight into the effectiveness of marketing processes for better lead routing and qualification
  • Help develop marketing collateral and assets that support the corporate branding and your department goals
  • Use best practices to improve our operating model, including sharing internal and external marketing best practices, benchmarking, and improving and efficiencies in marketing processes

Experience & Education:
  • 5+ years of marketing operations experience, including experience in marketing automation administration, developing marketing campaigns
  • Business-to-business (B2B) marketing experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field, or the equivalent work experience
