Our client in the Health & Wellness industry is looking for a Patient Referrals Marketing Manager to join their team for a fulltime, direct hire opportunity. As their Marketing Manager, you'll strategize and execute multi-channel campaigns targeting referral patients and clinical teams. You will collaborate with their creative team to craft referral marketing campaigns, and you will also work closely with clinical teams to train them on campaign implementation, sales tactics, marketing collateral use, best practices, etc. to ensure campaign success. Expect a mix of fieldwork at their clinics across the area, and in-office work from their headquarters in Oak Brook, IL .

Responsibilities:

• Manage monthly marketing programs and KPIs to boost patient acquisition.
• Lead employee-facing marketing programs, fostering a culture of referral excellence.
• Create and execute contests and incentives based on performance metrics.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new clinics, providing virtual training and updates.
• Conduct one-on-one training sessions to optimize referral results.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with 2-3 years of marketing management experience.
• Proven track record in creating and implementing marketing training materials.
• Strong Salesforce skills
• Experience in a KPI or Metrics-driven role
• Strong analytical skills, able to identify and address marketing strategy gaps.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
