Location: Hybrid in Chicago or NYC; home based in the U.S.

About This Role:

Generating demand, creating sales ready leads & enabling customer conversations

This role delivers integrated and automated campaigns which generate demand across multiple channels (Inc. digital). This includes onboarding, upselling to cross-selling and renewal. In this role you will execute and drive results blending your skills of project management, creative and analytical thinking and people organization. You will be able to directly contribute to the growth of Cirium by helping communicate our story. This position reports to the Marketing Director, America's.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing campaign strategies to support customer acquisition, customer retention, revenue and branding objectives as established by the organization.
  • Working across functions with sales, product marketing, communications, creative, and digital marketing to generate high quality leads and drive marketing tactics from end-to-end.
  • Working with product marketing to refine and adjust key product messages and determining appropriate tactics to deliver the right message at the right time.
  • Owning the development of project plans including timelines, schedules, budgets, billing and asset trackers on your projects.
  • Generating demand for products/solutions and targeting cross and up sell opportunities.
  • Nurturing leads to maximise chance of purchase and renewal.
  • Ensuring sales organization have the right collateral and assets to support them in customer interactions.
  • Automating elements of the campaign where this makes sense and setting out the review process to check this is working properly.
  • Identifing opportunities for efficiencies within projects and proactively develop contingency plans.
  • Supporting the Marketing Director with annual marketing anchor programs.
  • Communicating project status, as well as potential issues and/or risks to Marketing Director and project partners.

  • Proven track record for demand generation, campaign creation and management
  • Digital marketing mastery
  • Impeccable writing and communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Project management experience
  • Good knowledge of B2B marketing techniques and technologies
  • Good knowledge of all inbound and outbound B2B marketing channels
  • Goal-orientated and able to demonstrate impact
  • Ability to translate business objectives into marketing goals
  • People and stakeholder management, including the ability to work with diverse skill sets (from technical to strategic resources)
  • Desire to see marketing work more smoothly and efficiently
  • Ability to solve problems/meet goals in creative ways with limited resources
  • Good Excel, Word, PowerPoint and office automation skills
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools such as Eloqua and salesforce

Requirements:
  • BA/BS or equivalent in marketing or relevant discipline
  • At least 7 to 10+ years of campaign marketing experience
  • Ideal candidate would have experience working in the travel/airline/aerospace sector
  • Spanish language skills would be a distinct advantage
