General Description of Position:

 

As a Marketing Coordinator, your primary responsibility is to assist in executing all digital marketing initiatives and provide daily support to the marketing team. Candidates should have an in-depth understanding of how marketing campaigns work, be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be ready to hit the ground running.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Coordinates and supports various marketing programs and market initiatives
  • Ensure landing pages and other Social Media avenues are established for Hargray Commercial efforts
  • Helps manage paid social media campaigns
  • Works cross-functionally to maintain Hargray’s organic Commercial social media presence
  • Creates tracking telephone numbers, vanity URLs, and tracking codes used in marketing campaigns
  • Creates landing pages for all marketing campaigns
  • Sets up, manages and reports results of digital marketing tactics
  • Assists with the roll-out of digital marketing campaigns and strategies
  • Develops and sends marketing emails using marketing automation software
  • Creates high-level content to be used in top-of-funnel marketing
  • Coordinates and collaborates with internal and external agency resources to seamlessly execute campaigns that deliver customer delight and achieve desired results
  • Ensures compliance with all brand standards and marketing guidelines
  • Seeks to create award-winning work that champions the corporate brand and enthusiastically tells the Hargray story
  • Explores emerging tactics and recommends new approaches to reach and convert target audiences
  • Envisions and delivers customer delight by embracing culture and core values of the organization
  • Perform other duties as assigned

 

 



Minimum Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or Business Administration is preferred
  • 2 or more years of experience in a digital marketing role
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks from concept through completion
  • Exhibits effective time management skills to meet deadlines and deliver time sensitive material
  • Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism from peers and clients
  • Proficiency (intermediate level or better) in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is required
  • Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat) and graphic tools such as Canva are strongly preferred
  • Working knowledge of Marketing Automation Systems, bonus points for HubSpot
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Adwords
  • Working knowledge of paid social media platforms
  • Experience creating email using HubSpot or similar marketing automation platform
  • Experience extracting data from multiple network sources and CRM platforms preferred
  • Photography, video, and audio production, recording and editing a plus
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Must be well organized and understand process documentation and flow charts
  • Strong problem solving and project management skills
  • Knowledge/experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus
