Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Create captivating content for digital and print channels, including website, social media, email newsletters, and advertising materials.
  • Manage social media platforms and engage with our online community to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for brand growth.
  • Coordinate and support the execution of promotional events, including photo shoots, trade shows, and community initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing collateral and communication channels.
  • Assist in managing relationships with vendors and external partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.

Responsibilities

The Marketing Coordinator handles day-to-day advertising/marketing, media relations, product ordering, and design services to support the hotel's brand positioning and image. This position reports to the Complex Director of Marketing.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of two (2) years of professional experience
  • A minimum of two (2) years of marketing experience
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Sales, communications, and presentation skills
  • Marketing and digital marketing expertise
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Canva
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Cloud programs is a plus, must be open to training
  • Manages time well, correctly prioritizes and is flexible
  • Self-starter with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision
  • Demonstrate self-confidence, energy and enthusiasm
  • Knows how to get things done and use their voice
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task is essential
