Job Summary
As a Flagstar Intern you will have the opportunity to learn the daily functions and operations of our Retail Home Lending department. During this time you will interact with team members and leaders to gain real-world experience by working alongside our team to learn our processes and improve efficiencies while expanding on the core concepts introduced throughout your college classes. Throughout your internship you will participate in multiple engagement sessions designed to enhance your career outlook, communication skills and business knowledge.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Deploy/manage digital and video content for campaign and social media use. Tools (Flagstar approved) to utilize would include BombBomb, ListReports, Surefire, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Content would be customer and referral partner directed.
  • Sample content to include customer satisfaction response and closing success posts to social media.
  • Utilize ListReport to identify producing realtors to solicit new business and deepen existing relationships by helping realtors maximize ListReport tools.
  • Candidate should have great customer service skills as they would be interacting with realtor partners and clients.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Complete all required compliance training. Maintain knowledge of and adhere to Flagstar's internal compliance policies and procedures. Take responsibility to keep up to date with changing regulations and policies.


Job Requirements:

  • Undergrad student who is pursuing a degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration or related curriculum
  • Must have completed a minimum of 1 year in an accredited college or university
  • Video editing and image content design for social media use
  • Proficient writing skills
  • Customer service oriented
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Strong numeric and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to multi-task projects in an effective and productive manner
  • Must be highly organized and have a strong attention to detail
  • Adjusts positively to quickly-changing priorities and shifting goals in a fast-paced environment
