We're looking for an Analyst to join our iGaming Marketing and Operations team with a focus on Casino and DraftKings' non-sports lines of business. This role will support the gaming promotion operation through ETL, data analysis, report development, and dashboard building efforts to provide insights on our various promotion initiatives to drive higher ROI.

Through cross-functional collaboration and inventive metrics building, you will enable the iGaming Marketing and Operations teams to make smarter, better, and faster decisions. What you'll do as an iGaming Marketing and Operations Analyst:

• You'll support the iGaming promotions teams in planning, setup and execution of daily iGaming promotions while working closely with the CRM, Customer Experience and Operations teams
  
• You will develop SQL code to facilitate the planning, deployment, and redemption of new iGaming promotions and the analysis of past promotions
  
• You will deliver constant recommendations and insights on the promotion initiatives through data analysis and visualization.
  
• You will develop and maintain critical KPI reports and dashboards from ground up based on team business needs
  
• You'll work closely with the iGaming promotions in the ongoing setup of tests, analysis, reviews, and optimization of our iGaming VIP promotions.
  
• Understand the underlying data architecture to QA and troubleshoot questions received from the promotion teams and CX inquiries
  

What you'll bring:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or another relevant discipline
  
• Expertise with SQL and Excel
  
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.) and ability to tell a story with data
  
• Ideally, you have 1-2 years of online gaming or relevant online B2C experience
  
• You have a strong understanding, interest, or passion for casino games- Slots, Blackjack, Roulette, Poker, etc.
  
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  
• Flexibility to work on weekends and after hours as needed
