YOUR ROLE

• This position will support second shift, 2:30p - 10:30p, M-F
• Manages all operations at factory level to ensure efficient production and high quality products
• Delivers against plant performance KPIs, budget and projects
• Sets up and executes development plans for plant personnel
• Ensures operations processes and solutions are implemented according to global procedures and local regulations

YOUR SKILLS

• Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering or Business discipline (preferred).
• Minimum of three years experience in a manufacturing supervisory role.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrates leadership, excellent problem solving, and conflict management skills (horizontal and vertical).
• Computer literate including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, SAP (preferred), and Lotus Notes.
