What we're looking for:

You are a successful Manager, Strategic Account Executive/New Business with at least four years of sales management experience. You enjoy coaching and driving positive team momentum in a changing sales environment.

Position Overview

This is an inside sales management position with direct oversight of 5-8 Account Executives. In this role, your team will be selling the Wrike product line, Wrike is the collaborative work management platform of choice for 20,000+ companies in over 140 countries. This role will be communicating with existing Wrike customers and helping them grow the success of the software inside their organization.

Role Responsibilities

  • Managing the expansion of MRR from small businesses to commercial clients to hit and exceed sales goals.
  • Managing and driving deals to accelerate systematic outcomes
  • Accurately forecast sales performance based on input from the sales team as well as from analysis of available data inputs
  • Managing and driving deals to accelerate systematic outcomes
  • Ensuring that sales playbook and the process is followed on a deal-by-deal basis
  • Motivating and mentoring the team with positive, high energy leadership
  • Leveraging internal resources including Solutions Engineers, Legal, Customer Success, and Professional services to support deal cycles with reps
  • Ensuring key sales metrics and goals such as quota achievement, sales activity, and pipeline generation are met and are accurately reflected in Salesforce

Basic Qualifications
  • 4+ years of sales management experience
  • University degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications
  • Track record of training and developing new hires, achieving fast ramp schedules.
  • Proven ability to coach and drive positive team momentum in a changing sales environment as we grow as a company
  • Demonstrated analytical skills to identify trends, opportunities, and analyze complex deals
  • Proficient in Salesforce
  • Strong leadership presence
  • Results-oriented with strong decision-making skills and the ability to prioritize multiple objectives while meeting aggressive deadlines
  • Ideally has worked on a monthly quota cadence
  • Based in Eastern US (fully remote position)

In the state of Colorado, the salary for this role generally ranges from $71,000-$89,000 but may vary depending on your qualifications including job-related education, training, experience, licensure, and certification, that could result at a level outside of this range. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus, sales incentives, and/or stock depending on the terms of the applicable plan and role as well as individual performance. Benefits may vary depending on the nature of your employment with Citrix and the country where you work.
